Comments = I think often of Becky when I think of my freshman
year at Upper Heyford.  I have a crazy memory of going to her
house from school to eat instant mashed potatoes for lunch.  She
was a ray of sunshine in a rainy country and a wonderful friend.  I
am so happy to know she was surround by loved ones for so
many years.  My thoughts and prayers are with all her family and
friends.

Drawbridge officiating.  Burial will follow at Good Hope Cemetery south of Helena
with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena.  

Becky Dianne McFarland Cox was born to Darrel and Lucille McFarland on May 17,
1966 at Alva General Hospital in Alva, Oklahoma, and she went home to be with the
Lord on September 18, 2007 at her home in Frisco.  She grew up in Enid, Oklahoma
and attended the Kremlin-Hillsdale Public Schools. In 1978 she moved with her
family to Upper Heyford, England and attended the Upper Heyford and Croughton Air
Force Base schools.  She moved back to Enid in 1981 and finished her schooling at
Kremlin High School.   She was active in cheerleading, band, flag routine and
attended Girls’ State in 1983.  In 1983 she married Jay Cox of Enid, Oklahoma and to
this union a daughter was born.  For four years she lived in Norman, Oklahoma
where she attended modeling school.  In 1988 they moved to Allen, Texas.  During
the ensuing years, Becky moved and worked at various jobs throughout the Dallas
area.  She worked as a real estate agent for Keller-Williams and at the same time
was building up her own successful interior decorating business known as Choteau
Interiors.  She had decorated many homes throughout the Dallas area.  She had
traveled through Europe, Mexico and the United States.  She married Danny Cox
from Coppell, Texas in 2004.  They were residing in Frisco, Texas where they
attended Grace Community Church.

Becky is survived by her loving husband, Danny of Frisco, Texas; her daughter, Jillian
Cox of The Colony, Texas; a stepson, Jeff Cox of Plano, Texas; her parents, Darrel
and Lucille McFarland of Enid; one sister, Christi McFarland of Enid; many aunts,
uncles, cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Memorials may be given to American Cancer Society, Diabetes Foundation or the
Faith Hospice of Texas, through the funeral home.
