Graveside services for H.C. "Dick" Thomas, age 83, of Seminole, Texas will be
held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 25, 2007 at Good Hope Cemetery in
Helena, Oklahoma, with burial to follow. A memorial service will be held at 10:00
a.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at First Baptist Church in Seminole, with
Rev. Randy Gressett officiating. Graveside services and burial are under the
direction of Lanman Funeral Home in Helena. The memorial service will be under
the direction of Boyer Funeral Home in Seminole.

Mr. Thomas passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at his home in Seminole, following a
lengthy illness. He was born March 31, 1924 in Reeds Springs, Missouri. He married Patricia Ann
DeWitt on June 8, 1953 in Helena, Oklahoma. He had been a resident of Seminole since 1971, having
moved from Helena.

Mr. Thomas served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, and made his living as a farmer. He was
a member of the First Baptist Church and was a Mason. He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia,
in 2003.
