| Aline-Funeral service for Karen Kay Wallace, 57, will be Tuesday, November 18, Clayton Wallace and Jim Wallace officiating. Burial will be in Square Cedar Cemetery with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. The casket will be open at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. with the family present from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Karen was born in Fairview, the daughter of Edgar Lee and Saveria Susanna Guthrie Gleason on March 5, 1951. She departed this life on Sunday, November 16, 2008 at her home near Aline. She was raised at Longdale and moved to the Aline area after her marriage to Gary Wallace on August 15, 1968 and had lived in this area for forty years. Together, they raised sixteen children so Karen was a homemaker and mom who loved her family. Karen is survived by her sixteen children and their families, Samuel and Susan Wallace, daughter, Tia of McCloud, Bradley and Christy Wallace, daughters, Brittney and Kynsie and son, Avery of Aline, Blake Wallace and daughters, Kimbra and Kyla of Ringwood, Pamela and Shane Chapman, sons, Lance and Tate, daughters, Amy and Cheyenne of Altus, Adam and Sherri Wallace, sons, Cameron and Ethan, daughter Ashlynn of Fairview, Ranetta and Mickey Cunningham, daughter, Summer of Meno, Kimberly Fulford and daughter, Lindsey, son, Kobe of Delhi, Louisiana, Curtis and Samantha Wallace, son, Porter, daughters, Piper and Madison of Cleo Springs, Chad Wallace of Enid, Zandria and Charlie Solmes, son, Brendon of Oklahoma City, Rowland Wallace, David Wallace, Charla Wallace, son, David, Monica Wallace, Mark Wallace, Annamarie Wallace, all of Aline; three brothers, Tommy, Rocky, and Alvin Gleason, all of Enid. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary; parents, Edgar and Saveria Gleason; two brothers and one sister. Memorials may be made to the funeral home in memory of Karen. |
