KIOWA-Jack Beasley, 67. Funeral service will be Thursday, September 10, 2009 at
11:00 a.m. at the Kiowa Southern Baptist Church in Kiowa with Pastor Ken Bowden
officiating.  Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery.  Arrangements are by
Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Kiowa, Kansas.  Condolences may be shared with

Jack was born on July 8, 1942 to Jack O. and Jeanette Goold Beasley at Kansas
City, Kansas and passed from this life on September 7, 2009 at Kiowa District
Hospital.  Jack graduated from Hugoton High School in 1960 and continued his
education at the University of Kansas.  Jack received his business degree in 1964
upon graduating from KU, he entered into business with his dad in Elkhart,
Kansas.  In 1968, the two families moved to Kiowa and established Jack’s Ford.  
Jack remained at Jack’s Ford until 1979.  After leaving Kiowa, he worked in sales in
Ohio, Hugoton, and Wichita.  Upon his retirement, he returned to Kiowa.   

He was preceded in death by his father; Jack O. and one brother, Jeff Beasley.  

He is survived by one son; Greg Beasley and wife, Kelli of Tulsa; one daughter,
Teri Hiatt of Broken Arrow; mother, Jeanette Darr of Kiowa; sister, Jenny Nash of
Tulsa; four grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association through the funeral
home.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 9, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
