| 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at Aline Star Cemetery east of Aline with Rev. Scott Heusel officiating. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Memories may be shared with the family at www.lanmanmemorials.com. Gladys was born on February 13, 1915 to Ula Harger and Amelia Wagner Harger in Enid and passed from this life on October 25, 2009 in Cherokee. Gladys’ love for people was always present, especially in her long time friendships. She would never let a birthday, special needs, any occasion or illness pass without sending thoughtful cards. She so enjoyed times spent with friends. She loved farming and was such a hard worker, raising the best of gardens and canning the most of everything. Gladys had many wonderful things to say about her friends and caretakers at the time she stayed at Great Plains Care Center and lovingly thought of them as family. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by three sisters. Gladys is survived by one niece, Eula Shilhanek and one nephew, Charles Peletzer. |
