| Goltry-Funeral service for Rosa Leigh Hoskins will be Saturday, April 25 at 10:00 A.M. at Zoar Mennonite Church in Goltry with Pastor Gary Eastin officiating. Burial will follow at Karoma Cemetery with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Memories may be shared with the family at www.lanmanmemorials.com. Viewing will be Thursday from 1:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. and Friday from 10:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home and at the church on Saturday before and after the service. Leigh was born November 20, 1927 in Braddyville, Iowa to Vernon and Olive Linebaugh Reed and passed away April 21, 2009 in her home in Goltry after a long fight with cancer. She married Berwyn Hoskins May 31, 1970 and helped him with his lawn mowing service until her illness made that impossible. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters. Surviving are seven children, Pat Vassar of Goltry, Dennis Devine of Dublin, Geogia, Kent Hoskins of Clarinda, Iowa, Dan Hoskins of Crossfield, Alberta, Canada, Marleen Eastin of Goltry, Pam Black of Yuma, Colorado and David Devine of Tucson, Arizona. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, thirty-seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Sun Valley Indian School in Sun Valley, Arizona. |
