| Jet-Funeral service for Josephine L. Yoder will be Sunday, March 1, 2009 at 2:30 P.M. at the Jet United Methodist Church with Rev. Carolyn Murrow and Rev. Ken Burnham officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery north of Jet with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Viewing will be Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memories may be shared with the family at www.lanmanmemorials.com. Josephine was born on February 19, 1932 in Jet to Charles William Trimble and Lila “Jett” Trimble and went to be with her Lord on February 26, 2009 at Great Plains Care Center in Helena. She was a life-long resident of the Jet community. Josephine married Max Yoder on August 3, 1949. She was a member of the Jet United Methodist Church and sang in the church choir. Survivors include one son, Harvey Yoder and wife, Joni of Ft. Worth, Texas; six grandchildren, Joshua Yoder, Bryce Yoder, Hudson Yoder, Erin Yoder, Donni Jo Yoder and Golden T Yoder; one great grandchild, Cora Rae Swenson; one brother, Gerald Trimble of San Diego, California and one sister, Charlene Boehm of Jet. Those who preceded Josephine in death include her husband, Max Yoder; one brother, Jimmy Ray Trimble; one son, Billy Yoder and one granddaughter, Chelsea Yoder. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association through the funeral home. |
