Jet-Terry lost his battle with cancer on May 9, 2010.  He fought with courage and
dignity.  His passion for life and will to live kept him strong to the end.  He was 56.  
Terry was born in Houston, Texas on October 27, 1953.  Terry was an avid
outdoorsman.  He loved hunting and fishing.  Terry worked in the oilfield.   

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Phillips of Jet; his son, Jake Phillips at home,
Keith and Bobbie Vogelsong of Cherokee, Brian Vogelsong of Enid, Terry Jr.
Phillips of Fairview, Sara and Brady Jones of Lawton, Madison Bray of Mt. Wolf,
Pennsylvania, Steven Phillips of Houston, Texas, Lucas and Kayla Bray of
Poquoson, Virginia.  Plus Terry was a father figure to many others.  He had twelve
grandchildren.  His siblings are June and Thomas Willis, Buddy Phillips and Eric
McKowen, all of Houston, Texas.  

He was preceded in death by his parents.

At Terry’s request he will be cremated and a “Celebration of Life” service will be
held at the Phillips’ family farm in Jet on June 6th at 2:00 P.M.  

Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena.  Online condolences

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society though
the funeral home.
