Colorado-Harold F. Ealey, Jr (Butch), son of Foster and Jean Ealey, was born on October 11, 1946 in Alva, Oklahoma and passed away January 28, 2012 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  He graduated in 1966 from Manitou Springs, Colorado High School and enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, August of 1966.  He served over four years and received the Purple Heart in Viet Nam.  Butch enjoyed a career as a cross country truck driver until his combat injuries rendered his disability retirement in 2002.

He was preceded in death by his father and his brother, Barry.

Survivors include his mother, Jean Ealey of Colorado Springs, Colorado; one aunt, Gloria McFarland of Enid, Oklahoma; many cousins and friends.

Graveside service will be Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Aline Star Cemetery.

I have been in OKC for many years but I take the Cherokee paper and noticed the article about your son, Bless you, I remember when your other son passed away. my husband died Aug. 2010.  Wish there was something I could say that would help fill a void in your heart, Bless you and God bless.
