Ringwood-Funeral service for Alice Pearl Jantzen, 92, will be Saturday, April 11,
2009 at 10:00 A.M. at New Hopedale Mennonite Church in Meno with Rev. James
Suderman and Rev. Lyman Sprunger officiating.  Burial will be at the New
Hopedale Mennonite Cemetery in Meno with arrangements by Lanman Funeral
Home, Inc. of Helena.  Viewing will be Friday from 10:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the
funeral home and at the church before the service.  Memories may be shared

Alice Pearl Jantzen was born on September 9, 1916 at Drake, Saskatchewan,
Canada to Emil Bartel and Minnie Schroeder Bartel and passed from this life on
April 7, 2009 at The Commons United Methodist Nursing Home in Enid.  Alice
lived many places during her early life.  She attended Business College in
Wichita, Kansas.  On September 22, 1940 Alice married Lloyd Jantzen.  They lived
in this area for 72 years.  Alice was a member of the New Hopedale Mennonite
Church in Meno.

Survivors include five children, Ron Jantzen, Jay D. Jantzen, Max Jantzen,
Margie Landrum and Galen Jantzen; one sister, Maryann Buller; nine
grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Those who preceded Alice in death include her parents; her husband, Lloyd in
2005; one son, Bill E. Joe Jantzen; one brother and one sister.

Memorials may be given to the New Hopedale Mennonite Church through the
funeral home.
