with funeral mass to follow at 10:00 A.M. at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in
Okeene conducted by Fr. Prabhakar Kalivela.  Burial will be in Cottonwood
Cemetery near Hitchcock with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of
Okeene.  Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.
lanmanmemorials.com.  There will be a memorial book which may be signed at the
funeral home on Monday 10:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M.  The family plans to be present
Monday, July 12, 2010 from 7:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. to receive friends.

Mike was born March 7, 1951 in Watonga to Anton Thomas and Esther Amelia Nault
Spaeth and departed this life on July 9, 2010 at his home near Hitchcock.  He was
raised and had spent his life time in the Hitchcock area.  After his high school
graduation, he attended one year of college.  When he was in high school in 1966-
1967, he received the Golden Hammer Award.  He had also belonged to the
Vocational Carpentry Club.  He and Mona Bedwell were married on July 24 and had
spent 30 years together. Mike was an equipment operator and carpenter in the
construction business. He attended St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in
Okeene.

Those who preceded him death are his father, Anton Thomas Spaeth and his
mother, Esther Amelia Nault Spaeth.

Those who survive are his wife, Mona of Hitchcock; three brothers, John Alfred
Spaeth and wife, Shirley of Hitchcock, Kenneth Robert Spaeth and wife, Ruth of
Okeene, Anton Thomas Spaeth of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Helen Delores Unruh
of Pond Creek and Mary Ann Spragins of Edmond; two step children, Sandra
McCrimmon of North Carolina and Richard Greer of Hitchcock and eight step-
grandchildren.
