Keller in Cherokee.  They made their home in Wichita where Bob worked as a machinist until February 1953 when he was drafted by the U. S. Army.  He spent the next two years as an Army Military Policeman.  After his discharge he returned to the machinist job in Wichita and then enrolled in Oklahoma State University School of Engineering.  He received his degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1960 and was hired by Boeing in Wichita as a Materials and Process Engineer.  He retired from Boeing in 1994 at which time he and Norma made their home in Amorita, Oklahoma where Norma had gone to school.  Her neighbor and friend had stood with us when we married in 1952 and had recently lost her husband and was a great friend when Norma was ill.  Bob and Norma were married fifty-two years.  Bob and Juanita Angle were married October 24, 2004 and were married thirteen years during which time they enjoyed several years of RVing in Colorado, Arkansas and Missouri.  They attended the Amorita Community Church until it closed.  Then they attended and joined Driftwood Christian Church.

Bob served as sexton of Bethel Cemetery for many years, taking pride in its appearance. He was a member of American Legion Post #0033.  Bob loved flowers, growing them and tomatoes.
